What method of carpet cleaning does SE Cleaners use?

We prefer truck mount steam cleaning, although we can also do ultra low moisture encapsulation cleaning when needed. Truck mount steam cleaning is the method recommended by most carpet and rug manufactures because it cleans the deepest and our method leaves no residue.

What to expect when SE Cleaners is in my home?

After inspecting the carpet with you and deciding on the specifics of your job and the cost we will apply a pretreatment. This is then scrubbed in, we also pull out ground in hair, dirt and other debris. The steam cleaning pulls out most spots at this point but we inspect and spot clean where needed. Next we will move around what items we had identified in the inspection to clean under them before putting them back with protective pads so your home is disturbed as little as possible. Of course odor neutralizers, carpet protectants and other special treatments will add to these basics steps. Finally we will present you with a bill and any special instructions or recommendations. The whole process will often take less than 2 hours requiring no special effort on your part.

In most cases, carpets are dry within a few hours after professional cleaning. Proper ventilation and air circulation can help speed up the drying process.

This can be true depending on the processes used. For example, the shampoo method of cleaning can do this unless the detergent is rinsed thoroughly out of the carpet. If cheap, inferior detergents are used with any method of cleaning, this also can be true. We at SE Cleaners use only the highest quality of anti-soiling detergents. This, along with our soft-water rinse, makes quick re-soiling not even an issue. You will see and feel the difference!

No. We can move your furniture around in the room as we clean. We then place it back in place with disposable barriers under the feet as needed so they dont touch the damp carpet. For the amount and type of furniture we move in most homes there is no charge for this.

You, the customer, are responsible for moving smaller and breakable pieces out of the room.
