What service do you offer to help my home comfort and how do they work together?

• We clean air ducts using industry best practices, a negative pressure system, to remove any dirt and debris.
• After the vent system is cleaned can sanitize it to remove smells, germs, allergens and even mold with our natural disinfectant.
• We seal the vent system to control where the air in your home is coming from and going to.
• Finally we can install advanced whole home air purification systems to make sure all the air is as healthy as possible.

The sealing makes it so we are only circulating air from the conditioned areas of your home. Not attics, basements, floor/wall cavities or other potentially dirty unfinished areas. This immediately reduces dust build-up in the house and HVAC system.  It will also ensure that all the air in the system is going into your filters and purifiers installed in the HVAC system. Finally having a cleaned system ensures the air stays clean as it enters your home. 

Additionally reducing the dust building up in filters and leaks throughout the system will have your system running more efficiency with better temperature balance in the home.

I don't need all of these steps can I just get one thing done?

Yes of course but there can be some things to consider

• Air Duct Cleaning-  We do this as a stand alone service all the time.  We include a HVAC system test and inspection durning the cleaning to identify any concerns free of charge if you are unsure of your needs.
• Sanitizing- We do not recommend doing this with out the air duct cleaning as it is designed to work on clean surfaces not in clumps of hair, dust and debris. I do not think you will see the full value as a stand alone treatment.
• Sealing- While you could seal the ducts with out them being cleaned it is not designed to work in a dirty system. Debris may clog some holes preventing our system from finding them or the sealant may adhere to the debris instead of the duct work.  Both of these situations would result in holes opening up if the debris was ever disturbed. Because of that there would be no warranty or even guarantee on a system that we did not clean.
• Air purifiers- Yes these can be done to any system with out other connecting services.
